Cobb were again appointed at the Design and Planning stage by their Client. Phoenix were concerned that as these works were to be undertaken at their Head Office in Northampton, and these facilities were the window to their business they needed a Turnkey solution that would maximise use of space and visual impact to their clients, whilst minimising disruption to the business and its visitors.

Cobb designed the entire look and completed the works on time and to budget,the majority of works were scheduled to be carried out over the Christmas and New Year break and Cobb provided quality temporary meeting space for the entire project, this again allowed works to complete without compromise to Health and safety at work regulations.
