Industrial Warehouse Fit-Out - Unico Systems -  Normandy, Surrey - Project Value £185,000

Cobb were invited to Tender for this project by Head Roberts Architects and were successful in their bid. The project was to install a mezzanine floor and provided Office Space above and storage space below.

This was a new build project and created a new distribution centre and trade counter for Unico Systems. Cobb were responsible for both the Mechanical and Electrical Design and Installation as well as all the interior fit-out trades. The project was completed and handed over on  time and to budget.
